Southern Myanmar
They say that the hundreds of islands of the Mergui Archipelago just off the coast of Myanmar are a paradise yet to be discovered. The moment I heard that the Southern area of the country had become open for travelling, I planned another trip to Myanmar to visit the roads less travelled. (2014)
Northern Myanmar
If somebody would ask what the most fascinating country in South-East Asia is, then I would answer that from what I have seen, it is Myanmar. And not only because it is still so very authentic and full of true colours and traditions. It is the sincerity and openness of the people that won me over. (2010)
